    • *Both the referring member and the new member will receive the incentive. To receive the incentive, the referring member must complete this referral form within 30 days of the new account opening. The referring member cannot be a joint owner on the new account. Incentives are processed twice a month and will be deposited into each member’s savings account approximately 45 days after the new account is opened. Both accounts must be in good standing. Recipients of the incentive will receive a 1099-INT form for the tax year in which it is received.
