Please complete the following form if you plan to travel. This will allow you to use your card without interruption and travel with peace of mind. Note: Submit your travel form within 30 days of your travel dates. 

At Floridacentral, we use location-based fraud protection for our plastic card products. Therefore, it is important to let Floridacentral know where and when you plan to travel. This allows you to use your card without interruption and travel with peace of mind.

  • OK Member’s Signature (Type in your name to represent the signature) is required

    • Please allow three (3) business days to process your request. By selecting SUBMIT, I understand that I am authorizing Floridacentral Credit Union to remove security restrictions from my Floridacentral debit and/or credit card, so that I may use it at the destinations I listed on this form. I also understand that I am responsible for any charges that may be incurred during this time.

    Please note: In order to protect our members against fraudulent transactions that frequently occur in certain countries where fraud is high, Floridacentral Credit Union has restricted the use of debit and credit cards for those places. We DO NOT recommend removing the security monitoring on your card; however, if you plan to travel to a blocked country and wish to waive this restriction and use your debit card, you can submit this form and it will communicate your decision to do so.
